1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 936jl (the "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features provided through the 936jl website and mobile platform. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 936jl platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 936jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers, confiscate winnings and bonuses, and retain deposits as liquidated damages for breach of contract. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and for which we accept no responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply when depositing or withdrawing in currencies other than Philippine Pesos.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

The 936jl name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 936jl. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 936jl platform for personal gaming purposes only. This license does not permit any commercial use, resale, modification, distribution, reproduction, or public display of any platform content without express written permission from 936jl.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 936jl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or enforce these Terms.

11. Amendments to Terms

936jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the 936jl website. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. 12. Account Closure and Termination
